Dear St. Nicholas Cathedral School Family,
Given the freezing temperatures outside, it’s hard to believe spring is just around the corner! But as it is, we need to get a jump on some important housekeeping matters in order to effectively prepare for next year.
First of all, we all look forward to another year of working together with our students, teachers, parents and community in offering a safe, nurturing and educationally excellent environment. In order for us to be ready with staffing and supplies, students should be registered as soon as possible but no later than May 1, 2014.
We know you need to plan, so enclosed is the 2014/2015 tuition and registration fee schedule. St. Nicholas Cathedral School is pleased to continue to offer financial aid and scholarships in cooperation with the Big Shoulders Fund. Financial aid is available to all registered and qualified families. Financial aid packages (application instructions provided in package) will be available for pick-up in the Principal’s office after March 3, 2014.
As you know we’ve been in discussions with American Quality Schools about opening a high school this fall on our campus. We will be moving to our other building next door and will rally the troops for some revitalization’s and painting over the summer. Rest assured, our new location will be fabulous! We don’t know if the high school will be opening this fall, or the following year, but we promise to let you know as soon as we do.
In order for all of us to succeed, we ask that you make sure our child attends school on time and dedicates themselves to his/her studies. From you we ask for support and cooperation in our work. We have so many wonderful things that we would like to accomplish and we need your help to continue to improve our offerings at St. Nicholas Cathedral School. Please take an active part in the Family School Association (FSA), Parent Ambassadors Initiative and all the other volunteering opportunities. Only together can we make miracles happen!
We are making improvements, moving forward and working hard at providing your child with a great foundation for life and an excellent education.
